Confit Gressingham duck leg, buttered spring greens, sticky orange-morello cherry sauce

Pan flashed mignons of pork loin, sweet potato and apple cake, sage and onion gravy

Baked aubergine stuffed with Mediterranean vegetables, tomatoes, eggs and goat's cheese

Yorkshire reared sirloin steak, blue cheese, garlic and brandy sauce, thick cut chips

Boneless guilt head bream, spinach mousse, saffr
on mash, prawn and tomato jus
